    How to Apply for the EU Blue Card for Germany

    3. The EU Blue Card (Visa) application is submitted through the German embassy or consulate general in your home country or country of residence. Family members can apply at the same time.
    4. You will be issued with a visa which is valid for 3 – 6 months and during this time will be required to move to Germany. This is known as an Entry Visa.
