Role description

At IBN Immigration Solutions we are looking for a (Senior) Immigration Consultant to join our diverse team of Immigration enthusiasts at our CAPE TOWN OFFICE:

Your responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:

  • Key account management for multi-national cooperate clients
  • Consultation of clients – fulfilling the role of trusted advisor
  • Case management
  • Invoicing/cash creation
  • Team Lead to 1-2 production support staff
  • Dealing with sales enquiries
  • Legalizations

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in the Immigration sector (Inbound South Africa)
  • Experience as a (Senior) Consultant with own responsibility for cooperate clients
  • High attention to detail
  • motivated, determined individual that constantly wants to improve
  • Ability to work independentlyself-organizedefficiently, high attention to detail and to remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable to make own decision, think pro-actively and outside the box
  • Experience in managing an assistant/small team and ability to delegate effectively would be nice to have
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must. An additional language is advantageous
  • South African citizenship or permanent residence in RSA
