She is a qualified chef with 23 years experience.
She has traveled extensively but still has a passion for traveling, food and a keen interest in the benefits of healthy wholesome, additive free foods and how they affect our health and well being.
Her favourite place, is round a campfire in the middle of the Kalahari at sunset with her 3 children.
