Julia Moss joined IBN in July 2005. After her law studies in Germany, she moved to South Africa to work as an Immigration Consultant for IBN Cape Town. In 2007 she was promoted to Head of Immigration at the IBN Stellenbosch office.
Julia advises our clients regarding own businesses, work, retirement and study permits. She is creating tailor –made immigration strategies for every person who wants to work and/or live in South Africa. Since her work at IBN, she has led over 1000 temporary and permanent applications into success.
Julia studied law at the University of Freiburg as well as Cologne in Germany and specialized in labour law. During her studies she worked for KPMG Deutsche Treuhandgesellschaft as research assistant. She then completed the Master of Laws programme in Mercantile law at the University of Stellenbosch. Subsequently Julia did her articles at the Supreme Court of Berlin for 2 years. In the course of those 2 years she worked for a law firm in Berlin, Germany and Somerset West, South Africa in tenancy law. She furthermore worked for a judge and a prosecutor and thus got experience and exposure to all mentioned legal professions.
